The Space
Welcome to Sé Attic, a charming and comfortable apartment in a fully recovered building at Alfama old district. It’s the ideal home for a relaxing holiday, right in the city center. The apartment has one large living room with a small bacony with roof views of old district. There are two single beds and one sofa-bed in the living room which allows to install comfortably more two guests. Modern Kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all you need to prepare delicious meals. It also has a simple and modern bedroom with an comfortable double bed. The bathroom is composed by a very functional shower. Inside, you will find all the information about the city, cable TV with 100 channels, free wi-fi in all areas, washer and dishwasher, basic kitchen and bathroom products, towels and sheets, coffee machine, microwaves and other small appliances.

Located on the fifth floor ( without elevator ) of a completely renovated building in a historic Lisbon district, the house is a short walk from Praça do Comércio, right in front of Tagus River. Only 10 minutes’ walk, you can reach down-town (Baixa), main square Rossio and commercial district of Chiado. Alfama is right there, which means that in less than 3 minutes, you can enjoy a Fado concert or a drink in one of the existing bars.
Other Observations
This is the perfect choice for those who prefer to stay in a quiet area with a real sense of traditional neighborhood, but close enough to all the facilities and tourist attractions.
