The Space

Welcome to Olive House, a charming and comfortable apartment in a historic building located in a typical street of one of the most popular residential districts in the city. Within walking distance of the National Museum of Ancient Art and a 10 minute walk of all the fun, restaurants and shops of Santos neighbourhood. Decorated so you may enjoy total comfort and be able to explore the city easily. The apartment has a living room with a sofa, a dining table and a modern kitchenette with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A small study with a sofa bed, which may comfortably install another guest. There is a very bright double bedroom decorated for your comfort. The bathroom has a modern and very functional shower. Finally, you can still enjoy relaxing moments on the outside balcony. Inside the apartment, you will find all the information you need about the city, cable TV with 100 channels, free wi-fi in all areas, washing machine, commodity kitchen and bathroom, towels and linens, coffee maker, and other small appliances.

Located on the first floor of a typical building with no elevator, in one of the most traditional Lisbon residential neighbourhoods. The apartment is within walking distance the National Museum of Ancient Art. With only 10 minutes walking, you can reach Santos neighbourhood, which means than in a few steps you can enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the many bars and restaurants in the area. You will be staying in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Cais do Sodré, which means you may explore the whole city very easily.

Other Observations

This is the perfect choice for those who prefer to stay in a quieter area in Lisbon, with a real traditional sense of neighbourhood and close enough to all utilities and tourist attractions.
